CS OILFIELD’s AQUA FUSION is a high-performance, flexibly designed water-based fluid system, engineered to overcome drilling challenges such as highly reactive shales, fractured zones, and depleted reservoirs with superior inhibition, stability, and lubrication—delivering more efficient and safer operations.
To maximize ROP and lubrication, AQUA FUSION incorporates DRILL FUSION, a cutting-edge ROP enhancer and anti-accretion agent, ensuring cleaner drill bits, minimized balling, and faster penetration rates.
Combined with CS-LUBE E Series lubricants, this system significantly reduces torque and drag, enabling smoother drilling and optimized bit performance even in extended-reach and high-angle wells.
Clay control is provided with SWELLEX, an advanced shale inhibitor that ensures chemical inhibition and hydration control, preventing formation swelling while minimizing dilution rates—leading to cost savings and extended mud life.
Designed for maximum adaptability; AQUA FUSION can be designed for reservoir protection. By integrating CS RDF FL, specially modified for high temperature fluid loss and BRIDGE CX, a high-purity, acid-soluble bridging agent, operators achieve effective microfracture sealing and long-term shale stability.
Need a heavy brine formulation? No problem—our specialized fluid loss additives and viscosifiers, CS FLA-301 and CS VIS BR optimize brine-based drilling and completion fluids, ensuring superior suspension, enhanced stability, and reduced filtration losses.
