CS FLOWASURE SERIES

CS OILFIELD approaches Flow Assurance as a discipline of diagnosis and control, extending beyond the treatment of deposition and blockage to understanding the underlying mechanisms and formation processes of deposits.

Our approach incorporates continuous monitoring, field surveillance, and the evaluation of system behaviour. This approach often allows us to address issues before they occur and prevent paraffin, asphaltene, and scale formation.

We combine this with a “Smart Chemistry” approach, selecting the right molecule for the right situation which we arrive at from extensive analysis and data gahthering.

Paraffin Wax Control 

CS OILFIELD FLOWASURE range includes a suite of paraffin wax inhibitors, paraffin wax dispersants, and pour point depressants to help prevent paraffin wax precipitation and deposition, ensuring smooth, unrestricted crude oil flow in oilfield production systems.

Asphaltene Management 

Our CS FLOWASURE range also includes asphaltene inhibitors, asphaltene dissolvers and asphaltene dispersants.  Our dispersants and inhibitors help to stabilize crude oil, preventing unwanted precipitation of organic material which can often collect at the oil water interface creating an asphaltene stabilised emulsion.

Pour Point Depressants (PPD’s)

What sets our range apart from others is the development of next-generation combination polymers and surfactants, engineered to deliver superior performance across a wider range of crudes and field conditions. 

Our combination formulations act simultaneously on wax nucleation and prevent large crystal growth aggregation keeping wax crystals dispersed giving a more targeted and efficient treatment.

With the right solvent package our next-generation pour point depressants (PPDs) can be designed to work in harsher environments like ultra-deepwater and with heavy and waxy crudes that have high asphaltene content, while also addressing environmental requirements and biodegradability.
