CS FR X SBM
Equivalent Circulation Density (ECD) management and mud losses to formation still remain as the major challange which may lead to additional direct and indirect cost to operators, especially in deep water drilling operations. Inability to control ECD due to fluctuating rheology profile resulted by temperature change is the main reason of these losses during drillgin, casing run and tripping.
CS FR X synthetic based fluid system provides a flat rheology profile by maintaining minimum change in yield point, low shear rate values and gel strengths between the temperature range of 40 °F to 250 °F. Extensively engineered emulsifier package and the polymeric rheology modifier ease the control of ECD within the fracture window range by working synergically at all downhole conditions.

CS INVERT FX
Oil base drilling fluid system still provide the best performance with their excellent inhibition, filtration, and lubricating properties where the environmental regulations allow. In the oil base drilling fluid's aqueous phase, calcium chloride brine is dispersed in hydrocarbon base fluid with the help of emulsifiers which are the key components provide the phase stability of system.
CS INVERT FX diesel oil based fluid system shows a high stability profile, perfect resistance to contaminants and minimum HTHP filtrate loss by the help of its premium emulsifier package. Polymeric rheology modifier raises the low shear rate rheology without increasing the plastic viscosity which ease the control of ECD within the fracture window range. That feature makes the system also suitable for ERD well applications.

Shale stability is primarily affected by the swelling of clay minerals in the wellbore, and it is one of the major concerns in drilling operations. Mitigation and control of the interaction of drilling fluids with clay rich formations requires extensive efforts to provide a problem free operation.
HI-PERFORMX water base fluid system shows significant advantage and excellent results with the mechanism of inhibition,encapsulation, anti-accertion and ROP enchancement while drilling in highly reactive shale formations. While inhibiting the swlling, the system also prevents the shale cutting dispersion, so as minimize the dilution. Additives of the system have no adverse effect to rheology and can be easily mixed in the field even in low-shear conditions. HI-PERFORMX low toxicity profile makes it a great candidate to replace OBM Systems especially in offshore environments.

CS RES NX Water Based Fluid System provides its non-damage mechanism by its highly biodegradable bio polymer viscosifer, enhanced starch-based product and innovative wellbore shielding additive which is specifically designed for highly depleted and mechanically weak reservoirs. Well bore is extra supported with sized CaCO3 which CS OILFIELD manufactures. Non-damaging characteristics of the CS RES NX and wellbore-shielding technology is proven with several formation damage tests have been performed in various independent labs.
