The cementing chemicals are the chemical agents dosed in the cement to ensure the smooth cementing operation and good cementing quality. CS OILFIELD provides a cementing additive package especially for the specialized well conditions’ cementing operations. The specially designed cementing chemicals are able to endure within the extreme salinity and temperature conditions (Moderate to High). CS OILFILED offers its cement chemical product range to its customers in 5 different categories. These are Anti Gas Migration Agent, Fluid Loss Additives, Anti-foaming agents, Retarder, Dispersant and Spacer Agents.

Anti-gas Migration

Agents that CS OILFIELD is providing aims to prompt gel strength development during cement curing and improves gas-stop ability of the cement stone by dramatically decreasing its permeability with the resultant of gummy substance. These chemicals (as polymer additives) attempt to reduce the transition time of SGS (Static Gel Strength) in the range of 100 to 500 lbf/100ft 2 from hours to minutes or less to mitigate the SWF (Shallow Water Flow).

Fluid Loss Additives

CS OILFIELD offers, high range of chemical additives that able to endures high temperatures and tolerates higher salinities. A particle-size distribution (PSD) optimization technique, with three or more different particle sizes, was selected to develop a high-performance slurry arrangement. The advantage of this system is that it provides low water content reduced the sedimentation, while giving higher compressive strengths and lowering the permeability (so reducing fluid loss).

Retarders

Retarder series that CS OILFIELD promoting is applied through a wide range of oilfield cementing operations of High Temperature and Low Temperature applications. C-RET series [C-RET AC & C-R-10] shows almost full compatibility with other cements and cement chemicals. C-RET series avoid the cement slurry from setting prematurely and allows safely displacement of cement through wellbore.

Dispersants

C-DISPERSANT series CS OILFIELD supplying reduces the viscosity of cement slurry. It is possible to reduce water in cement ratio with the use of C-DISPERSANT and also it supplies increase in compressive strength. When it is compared to other dispersant chemicals used in industry, you can achieve stable rheology with low concentrations. C- DISPERSANT series have high tolerance to salt concentration and high temperature stability up to 250°F
